Ethan entered into his first AWANA Grand Prix at church (pinewood derby of sorts). He enjoyed creating the car with us and then having it race. Unfortunately it didn't win any prizes but we all enjoyed the experience. Maybe next year we can try to soup up the car! His car is the one crossing the finish line here. He wanted a Dinoco car from the CARS movie and that's what we were going for.
Yes, like many people we got tons of snow. Here they are headed out to play in the snow. The kids thoroughly enjoyed it. They built a sledding hill to go down, Daddy pulled them around on the sled, the shoveled and just enjoyed it. 
Makayla wants to be a book. Ethan wanted Mommy to build the robot like on the Tinker Toy container but she decided to build a simpler version and he couldn't be happier! Playdate with cousin Vincent.
Well, Ellyse had a pretty exciting day - her first time in her exersaucer and first time eating rice cereal! She seems to be enjoying both for the most part but is still not taking either in large amounts. We're not sure who is enjoying the exersaucer more - Ellyse or Ethan and Makayla!
